Amid growing buzz for his recent Delicate LP, Hello Shark has shared a video for album track “Wish We Talked Still” along with more tour dates. The debut full-length from New England-turned-Philadelphia musician Lincoln Halloran was released at the end of September via Orindal Records.

The video stitches together clips from the recent past, with Free Cake For Every Creature’s Katie Bennett manning the camera (and featuring on backing vocals). We see Halloran in the streets of West Philly, eating dim sum with friends, running into acquaintances on the sidewalk, and singing along to Akon at karaoke. It certainly feels nostalgic and intimate as he sings “cigarettes at eight in the mornin’ / I know how you get / when you haven’t had one yet,” and despite the relationships we’re witnessing on film there’s a clear longing for the old friends whose distant locations he counts off at the end.

Watch the video below. Hello Shark doesn’t have any Philly dates scheduled right now, but he’ll be up at Brooklyn’s Shea Stadium on November 8th.
