Singer/songwriter Joy Ike will play World Cafe Live at the Queen tonight. Last month, she performed an intimate set at Burlap and Bean, and now, she’ll support Angela Burns at her CD release show. Philadelphia indie rock quintet Shots Called will play The Fire tonight in support of J.W. Farrell. Their latest, the four track Killer EP, dropped last November. Ben Arnold will perform upstairs at World Cafe Live tonight as part of the Light of Day songwriter showcases. The Light of Day Foundation utilizes music to raise money and awareness for Parkinson’s disease in an up-close-and-personal setting.
