After dropping the news that a fifth studio LP called Pleasure will be out next month, Feist has shared the album’s lead single and title track via NPR Music’s All Songs Considered. The 11-track record comes six years after the Canadian musician’s 2011 Metals effort.

Opening with the quietest of rumbles, “Pleasure” slowly brings in an isolated bass melody before Feist’s vocals appear. A crunchy guitar and graceful synth flit in and out of the audio frame as the song morphs from sparse and up-close to layered and atmospheric and back. It feels like swaying on the precipice of something huge, and that something will be out on April 28th via Universal Records.
