Local musician Shannen Moser leads tonight’s bill at The Pharmacy down in Point Breeze. Moser brought her latest Oh, My Heart release to the WXPN studios recently, sharing three of her beautifully, emotionally intimate songs in a joint Folkadelphia / Key Studio Session. Stream the session below and get more info for the all-ages show, also featuring Harmony Woods, here.

It’ll be a meeting of the Philly-journalist-minds kinda evening over at Ortlieb’s tonight. Newcomer fuzz rock outfit Taxes features Colorlines writer and occasional Key contributor Sameer Rao on guitar on vocals, while bill-mates Flat Mary Road is the musical outlet for local radio producer Alex Lewis (who has a fascinating series on WHYY called Every Zip). Tickets and information for the 21+ gig can be found here.

New Brunswick royalty Screaming Females head over to the Chameleon Club in Lancaster tonight. The power rock trio have been favorites in the area since their 2006 Baby Teeth release and the love only grew stronger with 2015’s Rose Mountain, their sixth LPWatch the band perform the title track to that record during their Key Studio Session below. Tickets and information for the all-ages show can be found here.
