Minnesota’s Hippo Campus bless Union Transfer tonight in support of their debut full-length Landmark. The four-piece stuff indie pop and explode it to area-sized proportions, sporting anthemic hooks while saving guitar music one tune at a time. The show is all ages, and more information can be found on the XPN Concert Calendar.

Johnny Brenda’s plays host to punk-rooted singer/songwriter Alice Bag for a headlining show tonight. A former member of groundbreakers The Bags, her fast-paced tunes are just what you expect from the LA frontrunner; brass, electric and outspoken. The gig is 21+, and more information/tickets can be found on the XPN Concert Calendar.

Signals Midwest’s Maxwell Stern plays a solo show inside the columns of Boot & Saddle. His newest record There’s A Time For Everything perfects bedroom pop and expands the straightforwardness of acoustic music to new emotional heights, and his performances should reflect no different. The show is 21+, and more information and tickets can be found on the XPN Concert Calendar.
