Geisha Facade were one of the local groups we spotted on Bandcamp in round four of our Items Tagged Philadelphia feature, the home-recorded psych haze of their debut LP You Went To Space, Good Bye Dear standing out from the crowd with a multitude of textures and vibes. Catch the duo at Boot & Saddle tonight; tickets and information for the 21+ show can be found here. Stream “Krime” below.

Mumblr are back in town for a show at The Barbary tonight. The local quartet released their sophomore LP The Never Ending Get Down last summer, jetting off soon after for a multi-month national tour that they recapped in a reflective, thought-provoking video. Check out their discography here and watch “Three Legged Dog” below. Tickets and information for the 21+ show can be found here.

Atlanta trio The Coathangers bring their 2016 Nosebleed Weekend LP to Ortlieb’s tonight. Known for their irreverent garage rock/punk, the band will be releasing a follow-up EP called Parasite on May 5th. Check out “Watch Your Back” below and pick up tickets for the 21+ show with Residuels and Louie Louie here.
