Veteran singer-songwriter Juliana Hatfield takes over Boot & Saddle for a headlining gig with Laura Stevenson. Hatfield’s new record Pussycat (out April 28th) hits a little harder than most, using gritty guitar work and pure kickassery to create a fantastic sound. The show is 21+, and more information can be found on the XPN Concert Calendar.

Johnny Brenda’s plays host to a gig headed up by onetime Guided By Voices member Tobin Sprout. Bringing along his new Burger Records-released album The Universe And Me, Sprout is ready to show the world more of his upbeat lo-fi rock and roll. The gig is 21+, and more information/tickets can be found on our XPN Concert Calendar.

Goldfrapp‘s spacey sound isn’t more on point than on their new record Silver Eye, so I’m sure they’re eager to show Philly their brand of out-there electro pop tonight at the TLA. The show is all ages, and more information can be found on our XPN Concert Calendar.
