We are just about 24 hours away from the 10th Annual Roots Picnic at Festival Pier in Penn’s Landing, and the set times have just been unveiled for you to plan your day. Check them out above — of note is the North Stage / South Stage layout, giving festivalgoers a lot more space to spread out and room to breathe.
