Bluesy grit rocker Barns Courtney is bringing his dark yet catchy, Western-type vibes to The Foundry tonight. With his upcoming festival circuit and general awesomeness, I have a feeling Courtney’s going to catching some major attention soon. Don’t miss out on seeing him perform in this intimate, smaller setting before the big wave arrives. Find more info on tickets here, and listen to “Hellfire” off of his latest EP The Dull Drums below.

Soulful singer-songwriter Meg Mac is a big favorite over here at WXPN. Wowing the crowd at NonCOMM back in 2015, she received accolades such as serving as WXPN’s Artist of the Month and featured on World Cafe: Next. Now she’s set to dazzle again, tonight at Underground Arts *, with a new album titled Low Blows out on July 14th. Get info on tickets at the XPN Concert Calendar and stream her new single, “Maybe It’s My First Time” below.

*UPDATE 4/15 at 4:15 ET – tonight’s Meg Mac show at Underground Arts has been postponed.  Date TBD.

The Philadelphia Folk Song Society presents an All-Star Tribute to Harry Nilsson tonight at The Ardmore Music Hall. With performances from TJ McGlinchey, Tim Celfo of Mason Porter, Kevin Monko, and Frank Brown of Travel Lanes, it’s sure to be a grand time. Find more info on the 21+ show and tickets at the XPN Concert Calendar and listen to the Harry Nilsson hit, “Without You,” below.
