Dan Drago’s 25 O’Clock Podcast has long been a favorite listen for us here at The Key. Now on its 73rd episode, the podcast frequently features guests from all over scene, diving deeper into their life than we can see from the surface. Over the years, Philly music’s finest has been a consistent presence on the pod, the latest guest being Paloma Gil and Louise Hayat-Camard of The Dove and the Wolf.

As usual, it’s a fun conversation between Dan, Paloma and Louise, with topics ranging from their French upbringing; how they met; their introduction to the U.S.; their acoustic roots; and plenty more. Plus, stick around through the entire interview and hear Louise and Paloma play an unreleased song (If you want to cheat, it’s around the 1:03:00 mark). Stream it all below.

Since we’re on the subject, The Dove and the Wolf have two local gigs coming up that should be on your radar. The first is June 29, as part of Spruce Street Harbor Park’s free Waterfront Sessions going on throughout the summer. The other is during our own XPoNential Music Festival, going down July 28-30. Details can be found on the XPN Concert Calendar.
