Sometimes you need to headbang on a Tuesday. Philly’s own hard rockers HOUND will be raging at Everybody Hits tonight along with White Rope and local act Mint. HOUND is set to release their third LP in the fall, so the trio will be sure to include new tracks in the setlist that you will not want to miss. For more information on the show, click here. Check out the band’s performance at the dearly departed Golden Tea House, recorded in 2015 but only discovered this year.

Rock’n’roll classic The Steve Miller Band at last makes a stop at the Mann Center tonight, the first Philadelphia show in years of the band’s nearly continuous touring. With a discography spanning five decades and 18 studio albums, the setlist includes the San Francisco group’s most recognized songs such as “The Joker,” “Fly Like an Eagle,” and “Abracadabra.” Touring with the Steve Miller Band is fellow classic rocker Peter Frampton. For more information on the show, visit the XPN Concert Calendar.

If you want to get even more hardcore than HOUND tonight, thrash metal rockers (the original thrash metal rockers) Megadeth can be found in Fishtown at the FIllmore tonight along with openers Meshuggah, TesseracT, and Lillake. Metal fans and general music fans alike won’t want to miss this performance by one the genre’s big four. For more information, see the XPN Concert Calendar.
