Find a winning combination of outdoor venues, live jazz, and summer nights tonight over at Pastorious Park in Chestnut Hill. The Pastorious Park Summer Concert Series is the oldest running outdoor concert series in Philadelphia, and every show is free to the public. Tonight’s performance features Philly jazz musician Josh Lawrence, who has recently released his third solo album Color Theory. More information can be found at the XPN Concert Calendar.

Lady Parts is back in action after some time off and a personnel switch-up. The local trio will be performing tonight at Ortlieb’s along with fellow local act Lester and Chicago-based LOOMS. Lady Parts’ first show in nearly one year happened recently at PhilaMOCA, and they have been working on new material in the meantime (hopefully leading to an LP release in the near future). Stream their 2015 EP Undone below and click here for more information on the 21+ show.

Hailing from Los Angeles’ underground hip-hop scene, Busdriver will perform tonight at Kung Fu Necktie. The rapper is currently touring the East Coast and Canada to support an upcoming release – this is your chance to hear him preview the currently unreleased new tracks. Busdriver is touring with LA friends Zeroh and Holy Smokes. For more information on the 21+ show, check out the XPN Concert Calendar. Listen to a track from his 2015 LP Thumbs featuring milo and Anderson .Paak below.
