Permanent Body and Queen Jesus are heading out on tour this December

Ahead of their sold out “New Year’s Eve Eve” show at Johnny Brenda’s with The Districts and Mannequin Pussy, Permanent Body have managed to find time to squeeze in a quick December tour. The Philly favorites have teamed up with fellow locals Queen Jesus for the week-long co-headlining run, which will take them down the East Coast through Baltimore and North Carolina before they head west and hit up cities like Nashville and Cincinnati. With eight shows in eight days, it’s sure to be a fast-paced, fun-filled trip for the bands, and if you’re in the mood to see some of Philly’s finest in places that aren’t Philly, take a look at the full list of dates below and start planning your own road trip.

Permanent Body, the project of Philly DIY vet Barrett Lindgren, released its first EP last year, and it’s full of catchy lo-fi gems. The folks in Queen Jesus make up a Philly supergroup of sorts, and they currently have a second full-length in the works, following last year’s Tar Ranch EP.
