Following the release of his latest EP Harmony of Difference in September, Los Angeles-based jazz master Kamasi Washington brings his saxophone-driven tunes to Union Transfer tonight. Local garage rock force of nature Soraia returns to MilkBoy tonight for a homecoming show, headlining a stacked lineup that includes Cold Roses, Lito and the Shepherds and The Hess Brothers. Secret American, the subject of the latest The Key Presents installment and the project of former Cheers Elephant frontman Derek Krzywicki, returns to town to play a show at Johnny Brenda’s tonight.
