Alternative rockers The Breeders recently announced details about their first album in ten years, All Nerve, to be released on March 2nd. The band’s classic lineup of Kim and Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs and Jim Macpherson return for the new album.

The Breeders were formed in 1989 by Kim Deal of the Pixies and Tanya Donelly of Throwing Muses. Their second album, Last Splash – released in 1993 – included their most popular alternative hits, “Divine Hammer,” and “Cannonball.” Last fall, the band released “Wait In The Car,” signaling a possible full length album.

Below, listen to the title track of their forthcoming album. It’s a two minute and eleven second love song in classic Breeders form, with jangly distorted guitars that slowly builds into an explosive burst of skronky electric guitars, and punk rock melodicism.
