Thursday 3/15: Hoots and Hellmouth at Ardmore Music Hall
This Thursday, local folk rock band and WXPN faves Hoots & Hellmouth return to the Ardmore Music Hall, a venue the group are no strangers to. The band’s most recent output came in the form of 2016’s LP In The Trees Where I Can See. Thursday 3/15: Anaïs Mitchell at Boot & Saddle
Vermont-born indie folk singer-songwriter Anaïs Mitchell swings by Boot & Saddle this Thursday night on a mini March Northeast US tour. Mitchell took to Facebook to write that “all shows are in duo format,” and it appears that she’ll be joined by Charlotte Cornfield on stage in South Philly. Friday 3/16: Orion Sun at Johnny Brenda’s
Ascendent singer-songwriter Orion Sun performs at JB’s this Thursday night as part of the Pussy Claps Back night – more info on the initiative can be found on the event page. Orion Sun released the aptly titled tape orion sun (a collection of fleeting moments and daydreams) last July.
