Well that’s a case study in how you make a bad situation awesome. Oxford indie rockers Glass Animals have dropped off of Beck’s July 20th Festival Pier show (as well as his NYC date at Madison Square Garden) due to unforeseen circumstances, but their replacement is singer-songwiter indie rock queen Jenny Lewis.

(UPDATE: Glass Animals have cancelled their entire tour as drummer Joe Seaward recovers from a broken leg and fractured skull sustained when he was hit by a truck while biking in Dublin; more at Pitchfork.)

Though she recently performed regionally at Bethlehem’s Musikfest Cafe, this gig marks her first Philadelphia appearance since she celebrated the 10th anniversary of her solo debut Rabbit Fur Coat in May of 2016. Her excellent sophomore album, The Voyager, was released in 2014, and she headlined XPNFest alongside Ryan Adams that summer. Watch the music video for “Just One of the Guys” below and get tickets and more information on the concert at the XPN Concert Calendar.
