Set sail on a cruise with Belle & Sebastian and the coolest festival lineup
In August of 2019, Glasgow indie icons Belle & Sebastian set sale on a festival cruise called The Boaty Weekend, a nod to the 1999 festival Bowlie Weekend, which will tour the Mediterranean Sea with departure from Barcelona.
The lineup has been announced, including appearances by Mogwai, Camera Obscura, Alvvays, Japanese Breakfast, Hinds, Honeyblood, Django Django, Tracyanne And Danny, among others. Each band will perform several times on five different stages, and more acts will continue to be added to the lineup.
In addition to performing two sets themselves, Belle & Sebastian will showcase the entirety of their 2000 album Fold Your Hands Child, You Walk Like A Peasant. More info and tickets here. Watch the trailer below.
