Orion Sun discovers magic and love in wintertime Berlin in the new “angel” video
Shiny golden balloons fill a dreary city in Orion Sun‘s new video for “angel,” but as we soon find out, they’re more than just pretty objects floating through the sky. Orion Sun shared the new video in honor of her birthday, and as she shares in the video’s description, the balloons represent “receiving and sending love letters to my angel.”
It’s no surprise that the multi-talented Orion Sun is responsible for most aspects of the video — as the credits roll, we see that not only did she write the music and lyrics, but also directed, produced and edited the video.
There’s a special guest involved, too — DJ Haram shot the video, which follows Orion Sun around Berlin, Germany as she sends the balloons into the air and receives messages back, a touching representation of love and connection that’s the perfect match for the haunting and dreamy song. Watch below.
