Amos Lee‘s hometown shows keep getting bigger and bigger. Last year saw the singer-songwriter play the illustrious Met Philly, and in 2023 he’s slated to play Fairmount Park’s The Mann Center with none other than The Philadelphia Orchestra.
The Philadelphia Orchestra will add immeasurable depth and texture to Lee’s already lush songs like on 2022’s Dreamland and even more recently, his Chet Baker cover album, My Ideal. The latter goes song for song with Baker’s remarkable 1954 debut.
