Raphael Cutrufello, known through his project Hezekiah Jones, stopped by the 25 O’Clock podcast for another conversation with the always engaging Dan Drago. Although this is a music-centered podcast, it’s always fun when the cast really just shoots the bull with each other, which is exactly what the two did for over an hour. Hezekiah Jones benefits the Women’s Law Project with new charity single

Philly folk pop project Hezekiah Jones is back with “If You Harden On The Inside”. It continues in the more electronic direction they explored on the three track Har Har Har EP, which dropped last November.  All proceeds will benefit the Women’s Law Project, which fights for reproductive rights and against sexual violence. In the trio of singles that Hezekiah Jones have just released as Har! Har! Har! we’re introduced to a new cast of characters, building on the local band’s vivid and varied songwriting world that we last entered through 2015’s In Loving Memory of oosi Lockjaw.  These songs are part of a new EP that will be available in physical form later this year, which also features five secret cover songs.

Raphael Cutrufello, better known by his moniker Hezekiah Jones, has been steadily growing a devout following in the Philly are and beyond in the last decade.
