Autre Ne Veut celebrates the release of Anxiety at Johnny Brenda’s tonight. The record follows up Arthur Ashin’s 2010 self-titled debut and references the musician’s experiences with psychoanalysis and anxiety through the lens of relationships. With Asher’s hooky falsetto and R&B beats accented by dream-pop synths and spacious choral backing vocals Anxiety is a sonic amalgam of his life up to this point influenced by the transcendent nature of karaoke.
