Tonight’s concert picks: WXPN Welcomes Rhett Miller at World Cafe Live, Lushlife at PhilaMOCA, and Dengue Fever at Union Transfer

Tonight, Rhett Miller and The Serial Killers perform at World Cafe Live. Rhett’s new solo album, The Dreamer is out today. Tickets to tonight’s 8 p.m. show, with The Spring Standards opening, are $22-$33.00. Rhett is also doing an in-store performance today at 2 p.m. at Main Street Music in Manayunk.
