Watch Pearl Jam’s Eddie Vedder cover The Boss’ “Bobby Jean” at benefit event

This weekend, our friends to the north Boston hosted the annual Hot Stove Cool Music benefit concert run by Chicago Cubs owner Theo Epstein.

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder was in attendance, and pulled out all the stops for his performance, covering Talking Heads to The Who, Aerosmith to The Rolling Stones, and most importantly, “Bobby Jean” by Bruce Springsteen himself. Done up in Vedder’s soulful style, the song slays. Check out the fan-shot footage below.

It happened at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Tuesday night, September 30th. Read more here.
