XPN’s Gotta Hear Song of the Week: “Find A Way” by Elastic Bond

Screen Shot 2013-07-15 at 7.35.39 AM Elastic Bond are a Latin alternative band from Miami fronted by Sofy Encanto. The band recently released its debut album, Real, on Nacional Records. Elastic Bond were selected by World Cafe host David Dye’s World Cafe: Next new emerging artist feature. They recently showcased at the Latin American Music Conference is New York. Elastic Bond blend many diverse musical elements in to their sound including breezy 60’s AM pop, hip-hop, jazz, electronica, and bossa nova, all tied together with infectious songs and Sofy Encanto’s hypnotic vocals.
