Tonight, pop music legend Madonna will be returning to Philly to kick off her 2012 North American Tour at Wells Fargo Center. The concert features support by British electronic group NERO who will be opening the show at 8 p.m. Ticket prices range from $45 to $355 and are available for purchase here. On the opposite end of the spectrum, singer-songwriter Emily Arin wraps up the Folkadelphia-curated Tuesday Tune-Out series at PhilaMOCA tonight. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., music begins at 8, immediately followed by a screening of “a film about the Romani people’s journey from NW India to Spain, consisting mostly of music.” Admission to the all-ages show is $5.
