Waxahatchee leads a fundraiser for the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia at Johnny Brenda’s tonight. the Philadelphia-via-Alabama musician released a pair of critically acclaimed records in Cerulean Salt and Ivy Tripp. Tonight, her solo set is preceded by Mary Lattimore and Hot Tears. Just Announced: Magnetic Fields will spend two nights with 50 Song Memoir at Union Transfer next year

After sharing details about their forthcoming 50 Song Memoir LP last spring, The Magnetic Fields have now announced a run of tour dates in support of the album. The indie rockers will bring Memoir to Union Transfer on March 15th and 16th, 2017, playing it’s full 50-song track-list over the course of the two nights. The record, which marks Stephen Merritt and co.’s first collection of new material since 2012’s Love at the Bottom of the Sea, is scheduled for release early next year via Nonesuch.
