Speedy Ortiz release new video for “Tiger Tank” (playing Golden Tea House 8/13)

In addition to the album, they’ve also put out a video for the previously released single “Tiger Tank.” The video, directed by Matthew Caron, features the band playing in a shredded paper infested basement, as well as a character getting ready for a night of amateur Mexican wrestling. New England-based indie-rock outfit Speedy Ortiz‘s debut full-length, an album called Major Arcana, is set to be released next week, via Carpark. The band has already released some material from the forthcoming LP, including the tracks “Tiger Tank” and “No Below”, and now the group has made the entire album available to stream via NPR. Speedy Ortiz are gearing up for a string of summer tour dates in support of Major Arcana, which includes a stop in Philly next month. They’ll be playing the Golden Tea House on August 13th.
