The 88 are an LA band that’s been making well crafted pop music since 2002 when they debuted with the album Kind Of Light. Since then the band has released a handful of excellent records, has been touring as Ray Davies’ (The Kinks) backing band since 2011 and wrote the song “At Least It Was Here,” the opening theme song for the television series Community. The band is releasing a new album on June 11 called Fortune Teller. Below, in exchange for your e-mail, download a NoiseTrade collection of songs including the melodically charming “I Saw The Light That Day,” from the band’s forthcoming album.
