Even though The Dead Milkmen are widely celebrated as a lively satirical punk rock act, if you follow vocalist Rodney Anonymous on Twitter, you know his taste runs all across the board – and strongly centers around nihilistic electronic-industrial music, often stuff from northeastern Europe, often very dark and danceable. So today, apropos of nothing, the Milkmen shared Rodney’s remix of “Belafonte’s Inferno,” a song from The Dead Milkmen’s 1992 album Soul Rotation, done up in this very style. Take a listen to “Belafont In The Room” below.
