Archers of Loaf tour coming to The Trocadero on August 6th

Archers Of Loaf‘s 1993 debut Icky Mettle stands alongside the work of Pavement and Sebadoh as one of the best indie albums of ’90s. In January, the seminal indie-rock act performed a reunion show at The Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro, NC—which had fans and music bloggers all a twitter with excitement. It was Archer Of Loaf’s first show in 13 years, after which there was speculation about whether or not the band would play more dates. We’re happy to say that rumors of the reunion tour are true and they’ll be performing at The Trocadero on Saturday, August 6th; tickets are $20 and go on sale this Friday, April 15th, at noon.
