Local band Tinmouth celebrated the release of their debut LP Says at Kung Fu Necktie last night. The Key premiered album track “Unified Theory” earlier in the week, a song that harkens band to 80s underground acts like Yo La Tengo and R.E.M. Download the track below.
Ubiquitous local guitarist Mike “Slo-Mo” Brenner was this week’s featured Key Studio Session musician. He brought with him the band he assembled for 2013’s Tripti release: Valerie Vuolo on violin, Alfred James Goodrich on cello, Lance Davis on vocals and Hoagy Wing on percussion.
