Philly favorite Amos Lee is a singer-songwriter powerhouse and hasn’t shown signs of slowing down. As he moves forward with his co-headlining tour with fellow singer-songwriter David Gray, Lee announced that he will also be putting out his first live album: a one-night performance at Red Rocks with the Colorado Symphony.

He elaborated on his special experience making Live at at Red Rocks, saying:

“I’ve been really lucky in my life and career to share stages with transcendent artists and heroes, but to be able to take the stage at Red Rocks and play to an incredible sold out audience with a world class orchestra, a really generous and soulful band, and beautifully crafted arrangements, was a mystical experience”

The new live album is set to be released on June 16th but in the meantime, Amos Lee played last night on the Late Show with David Letterman as a featured artist alongside Steve Martin, Emmylou Harris and more. Watch their collaborative performance of the gospel / folk favorite “Will The Circle Be Unbroken” below.

You can also check out some of the breathtaking, exclusive footage from the performance at Red Rocks and be sure to catch Amos when he performs at the Mann Center on June 19th. For more information on the show, head over to the XPN Concert Calendar.
