Drummer Sean Huber is returning to the frontman position with a new EP from his solo project Steady Hands. If you missed them when they debuted a couple years back, the music is different from what we’ve heard with Modern Baseball (Huber’s main gig). It’s a bit more folk than pop-punk, but with the same punchiness as Huber explores how to handle a sadness he just can’t shake in the Floridian heat.

Steady Hands’ debut EP Tropical Depression will be out via Lame-O Records July 28th. Until then, we have the title track (listen below) which just premiered here via the AV Club.
