Philly hip-hop group Halfro are putting on a free show at the Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest tonight with The Bul Bey, as part of The Key’s Waterfront Sessions. Halfro are coming off their latest album release Squalor, while The Bul Bey’s 2014 single “Where I’m From” was a lead-in to this year’s awesome LP Shaking Hands and Kissing Babies. He was also in for a Key Studio Session recently. The show, presented by us here at The Key, is free (did we mention that already?), and all ages, so you have no excuse not to be at the RiverRink tonight for this performance. Check out the XPN Concert Calendar for more info.

Philly four piece Myrrias play Johnny Brenda’s tonight with Long Spells, Louie Louie, and Fine Motor filling the undercard. The collage of musicians that is Myrrias are playing their last show before drummer Casey Bell moves out to Nevada. The completely locally flavored show is 21+, doors are at 8 and the show starts at 9. You can get tickets to the show here and check out Myrrias EP Endless Winter Session below.

Second Sky take over Tellus360 tonight to provide some dreamy electronica to the patrons of the Irish pub. Andrew D. Yeager is opening with a DJ set for the Lancaster natives and VJCA will be providing visuals for the show. Since 2006 Second Sky has been experimenting with the boundaries of the electronica genre to great effect, and for only $10 you can catch them tonight. The show is 21+ and starts at 8 pm. You can get tickets and more information here, and you can check out their latest EP below.
