Philly duo Vita and the Woolf opened the show on the second day of the XPoNential Music Festival this year, performing a set of anthemic pop songs from their debut Fang Song as well as debuting material from the new EP they’re releasing this fall. Frontwoman Jennifer Pague’s powerful vocals and piano playing captured the attention of the crowd, matched with dynamic drumming by Adam Shumski; you can listen to the entire set here, or watch a new video of the band playing “Mary” at XPoNential below.

Vita and the Woolf just wrapped production on their new EP, due out early next year, and celebrates with a headlining show on Thursday, September 17th at Johnny Brenda’s; tickets and more information on the show can be found at the XPN Concert Calendar.
