Watch The Wonder Years’ new “Stained Glass Ceiling” video
Lansdale pop punk heroes The Wonder Years came out with a music video for “Stained Glass Ceilings,” the latest single from their 2015 LP “No Closer To Heaven.” Like the band’s best moments, it’s a lot about God and death – and the video depicts this through handheld footage of a bombed-out, tagged-up cityscape not dissimilar from South Philly. Intersecting with this is the band performing in a warehouse, surrounded by walls of televisions carrying their faces.
Give it a watch below. The band has no local dates announced at the moment – and we can’t remember the last time there wasn’t a TWY gig on the horizon – but they are playing Stroudsburg next month, so there’s that for the road trippers. Full tour dates below!
