Earlier this year, Philly MC Chill Moody made a commitment to pretty much be in our faces throughout 2016. Between trips to Paris and landing a gig on the inaugural NYC edition of the Roots Picnic, he’s been dropping bits of audio and video on the regular, including this one for The OEONY. Simply titled “Bars on the Balcony,” it does indeed show Chill spitting bars on a balcony, and while it’s not clear who his target is with the line “My cards are on the table / I never met my match but this is war,” his 215 pride and love of all things #nicethings shines through as always.
