Remember that time the Philadelphia Museum of Art had the Tunji Ige exhibit? You don’t? Yeah, I must have missed that one too.
But the above shot of the iconic PMA steps is just one of the striking exhibits you’ll see in the new “Bring Yo Friends” video, which displays the buzzing Philly rapper / producer’s commitment to keeping the party going, despite geographical boundaries. We bounce between scenes shot in Philly to the Brooklyn bridge to the shore to the desert to an animated universe where Tunji hangs with drawn versions of his party people counterparts. As usual, Josh “Glassface” Goldenberg crushes the visuals, which includes a brief infinite loop of Tunji pulling out his smartphone to reveal a video of himself pulling out his smartphone to reveal a video of himself pulling out his smartphone to reveal…you get the idea.
