Philly duo The Dove and The Wolf have successfully escaped the grey Northeast winter vibes that hit our city today; they’re down in Austin for the next several days, playing the #AmplifyPhilly showcase tonight doing the whole industry showcase thing for the next few days before heading out on an EU tour with Jens Lekman.

The other great news for the band, of course, is that they’re now on Fat Possum Records, and their debut EP I Don’t Know What To Feel reissues on March 24th via the label, with a couple bonus tracks that weren’t on its original release. We’ve got one of them for you to listen to today.

“Motion Sickness” is a slow and simmering electric guitar ballad, very sparse in arrangement as compared to the rest of the EP — and this is a good thing, as it gives listeners space to hone in on the impeccable harmonies between Paloma Gil and Lou Hayat. For a band that covered a Leonard Cohen classic earlier this year, “Motion Sickness” sounds very apropos — listen to it below, and check out The Dove and The Wolf’s spring tour dates.
