Philly indie rock outfit Slaughter Beach, Dog returns this summer with their third LP, Safe and Also No Fear, and the band just announced a run of fall tour dates to go with the record. On the homefront, it will play the First Unitarian Church on September 21st, the final date of their first leg of shows.

Safe and also No Fear is set to be released on August 2nd via Lame-O Records, and Slaughter Beach, Dog has released the album’s first two tracks thus far: “One Down” and “Good Ones.” Both songs showcase the softer side of the band’s sound, but also its ability to build that sound into something expansive and beautiful.

Tickets for Slaughter Beach, Dog’s show at the First Unitarian Church will go on sale Wednesday, June 12th. Cave People and Early Animator are also on the bill. Click here for more info and check out SBD’s two latest singles below.
