Strange Parts, “Weathersby” | still from video

Philadelphia duo Strange Parts consists of writers and musicians Attia Taylor and Corey Duncan, who joined forces several years ago to make artful psych music. They made their official debut last summer with Oh God, What a Beautiful Time I Spent in the Wild via Specious Arts. A year later, Strange Parts has just released a music video for the second-to-last track on their LP, “Weathersby”.

The video features fuzzy black and white footage of Taylor and Duncan themselves, grooving and swaying and layered with exploding fireworks. It’s equally as vague and trippy as “Weathersby” itself, and seems like something you’d experience in an immersive art gallery installation. Check it out for yourself below.
