Celebrate Car Wheel’s On A Gravel Road‘s 20th anniversary with Lucinda Williams at World Cafe Live
20 years ago, Lucinda Williams unleashed her masterpiece onto the world. Car Wheels On A Gravel Road quickly became a defining album in the Americana canon. On Tuesday, October 1st, Philly will have the chance to celebrate the record with Lucinda herself. The roots rock icon will grace World Cafe Live with her presence and music in celebration of the album’s 20th anniversary.
Anniversary aside, William’s performance at World Cafe Live is going to be a remarkable one. She will play the Car Whells in its entirety, followed by a set that spans her decades-long career. Both sets will feature unique visuals, further enhancing William’s storyteller nature. For fans of Williams, and really just music fans in general, this show is not to be missed.
