After a busy 2020, Khemist is back with a new single and video. The Philly-based rapper and singer-songwriter has always written from the heart, and “Stay For Me” is no exception.

The song tells a story many musicians can relate to: trying to balance a relationship with a demanding career and artistic ambition. The video, directed by John Kolleh and Joe Grasso, illustrates the struggle with raw realism. In it, Khemist plays a custom Taylor guitar as part of a partnership with the company.

Watch the video below. Khemist and his band will play a free virtual concert on WOWtv’s Twitch channel on Friday, April 30 at 9 p.m.
