Philadelphia’s The Ire is a more than a goth-punk band, they’re the embodiment of a city that feels immersive, both in the music and art scene as in daily life. Philly is a city filled with the dreamy chaos of refinery explosions and alternative pride marches, and somehow The Ire has managed to channel this kind of stuff into an EP and accompanying live performance truly representative of that lived-in, on-the-brink nervous energy. The Fire announces line-up for fourth annual Sundrop Music + Arts Festival

Sun Drop Music and Arts Festival has announced the line-up for the all-local event, taking place Memorial Day Weekend at The Fire.  Three days of multi-genre music will be provided by Philadelphia Cee Knowledge & Cosmic Funk Orchestra, The Get Real Gang, Shilpa Ray, Kwesi K, Katie Frank and a dozen more.  Now in its fourth year, the festival boasts ticketed 21+ shows in addition to free, all-ages outdoor sets, food vendors and craft stands.  Tickets and information can be found on the Facebook page here.  Check out some performers below.
