Bruce Springsteen was featured on CBS Sunday Morning. With a new autobiography – Born To Run – about to hit the shelves (and digital reader of your choice), the Boss sat down with CBS Sunday Morning’s Anthony Mason.

In Springsteen’s conversation with Mason, The Boss talks about his life, his relationship with sax player Clarence Clemons, the relationship Springsteen had with his father, his fans, and his off and on battle with depression when Springsteen hit his 60s.

He also talks about making his epic 1975 album, Born To Run. About the album, Springsteen says:

“I was trying to make the greatest record you’d ever heard. The record that after you heard it, you didn’t have to hear another record.”
